Walk through each production zone — from raw materials to finished product.

Steel Frame Fabrication
Carbon steel tubes (Q235 grade, 2.0mm wall thickness) are precision-cut to length using CNC saws, then bent and punched for hidden support system mounting points. Each tube is deburred and inspected for dimensional accuracy before moving to welding.
- • Steel wall thickness: 2.0mm, verified with ultrasonic gauge
- • CNC cutting tolerance: ±0.5mm
- • Hidden support system mounting points precision-punched

Welding & Powder Coating
Certified welders assemble steel frames using CO₂ gas-shielded welding for clean, high-strength joints. After welding, frames undergo sandblasting and electrostatic powder coating — cured at 200°C for a durable, scratch-resistant finish available in 12+ colors.
- • CO₂ gas-shielded welding for all frame joints
- • Powder coating cured at 200°C, 60+ μm thickness
- • Salt spray test: OEM & ODM hours corrosion resistance

Upholstery & Mattress Production
Headboards are upholstered with leather or fabric using high-density foam padding. Meanwhile, latex roll-pack mattresses are produced with 70%+ natural latex, layered with pocket springs, and quilted with OEKO-TEX certified fabrics before vacuum compression.
- • Natural latex content: 70%+, verified per batch
- • Headboard upholstery: leather, fabric, or PU options
- • Pocket spring count: 800–2,000 based on mattress model

Vacuum Compression & Packaging
Mattresses and sofas undergo vacuum compression, reducing volume by up to 60% for cost-efficient shipping. Compressed products are sealed in durable film, then packed in reinforced cartons with protective corners. Floating bed frames are KD (knock-down) packed for flat shipping.
- • Vacuum compression reduces volume by 60%
- • 100% final inspection (not batch sampling)
- • Photo documentation of every order before loading
